1. Book Your photoshoot in advance to get the best possible dates available but be sure you give yourself one to two weeks to book the guests. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.

2. Get your consultants excited about inviting guest by letting them know they can gain class bookings, sales, and recruits to grow their business.

3.  If have at least 20 guests at a photoshoot wanting Glamour portraits taken, we are able to have drawings for the guests one is for a free 8x10 and one is for a free 5x7. Get your girls working but Also be sure to have them collect at least a $10.00 sitting fee in advance to lock in their commitment for the event, this fee aids as a reminder. This sitting fee goes to you the hosting Director, but let consultants know this is not for a free picture. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. We take a before shot of the guests and place them on a cd for you to print inexpensively at Walmart in a 4x6 size then we provide a 4x6 beautifully touched up after shot of every guest that purchases a package to help build your portfolios.

5. We give each guest a form to sign asking them to give their consultants help as a treasured friend. We ask they write down 3 - 5 names of friends or family that might be interested in having a free makeover and glamour shots or if they themselves would like to book a class for another pampering time. If they do this we provide them a free 4x6 with their portrait package they purchase.

6. We ask you to help us keep confusion down in the photoshoot and sales area so we can finish in a timely manner to serve you all the best we possibley can. If you or the consultants wish to view guests pictures please do so after the photo shoot event is over.

7. Our portrait packages are very affordable for any budget. Packages start out at only $32.50 this includes beautiful Lab touch-ups. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard credit cards. Everyone pays on the date of the event. When a portrait package has been ordered it may not be cancelled due to us not being able to cancel the order at the lab so we carefully go over the order with each guest to make certain they have exactly what they want.

8. We ask you to provide us a location for the event. This can be at your training center, living room, or a hotel meeting room, we are not picky this is solely up to you.

9. We ask you to provide us with three three chairs and three tables.

10. We can photograph up to5- 6 guests per hour after the cosmetics are applied. Each guest taking Glamour portraits will get their hairstyled for free and will get to wear 3 wardrobe selections from our extensive wardrobe. Each guest changes into a tank top that we provide for them to wear during the shoot, they may keep their bra's on. We ask they have this on before entering the photography area where you have the photographer and hairstylist. The tank top will not show in their photos, the wardrobe covers it. This just allows their clothing not to show through their pictures and allows them off the shoulder poses. We bring sizes to fit everyone so know one has to worry about this. They must wear one to take Glamour portraits. The Hairstylist is a trained professional so no one has to worry, she is trained to style the hair to look great with the wardrobe selected.

Together we can both grow our businesses while providing fun for everyone. Call as soon as you can for the best available dates to book your glamour photo event. We believe any company formed that allows women time to be with their families is a ministry for women and have seen it change many lives in the years of our working experience. We have listened to many guests that were afraid to grow by fear from shyness and we together have helped them take the first step in signing to becoming a consultant. Our staff have watched them nurtured by you and your training to develop them into having wonderful life changing careers. We proudly take part in this by sharing the business opportunity with each treasured guest. We have great success with recruiting, booking classes, and gaining contacts, but you can count on us to never be pushy.  You can always expect us to show up on time, and provide a friendly and wonderfully special time to everyone. We can photograph all ages, male and female, and size does not matter. We can do group shots but we ask that no more than three are in a group. The portraits are sent to a professional Lab for touch ups and then mailed to you the hosting director in 3 weeks. This allows you to have an after party to show the before and afters to help with sales of cosmetics, at the photoshoot itself we ourselves focus mainly on getting sales for the skin care because we know the after party sells faces and we want them to have it all to ensure great skin and beautiful faces.
